Just wanted to get everyone's opinions/experience with the following lift/suspension setup. My 14' DCSB TRD OR is mostly a daily driver but I do like to get some moderate off-roading/mudding in 1 or 2 times a month.

Front: Fox 2.0 coilovers (2" lift), Light Racing UCAs

Rear: Bilstein 5160 remote res rear shock set, OME Dakar leaf spring set, estimated 2.75" lift

Would I be able to fit 285/70/R17s with this setup? I do plan on adding an aftermarket off-road front bumper down the road, so how much lift could I expect to lose from the added 100lbs or so up front?

I think its a great setup. You dont want to match the shocks all around? Fox makes a extended length shock for the Dakar packs.

You could fit those tires, may have slight rubbing. When you get the bumper, you can either add some preload or get a higher rate spring for the Fox COs to compensate for it.

Actually yeah I would probably swap those 5160s for the Fox 2.0 rear shocks. I thought they would be much more expensive but Toytec has them for $259.

@boogie3478 - What bumper style? You will lose about .5" per 100#s give or take.

Lemme know if I can be of any help
