I have an idea for all you downer who are already judging the not-yet released 2016 Tacoma... DON'T BUY ONE! Then you can sit around forums all day and talk mad Sh*t about people who have a newer truck than you. You got a head start!

This is not a luxury truck.You can have your vehicles with a million buttons on the consoles.You want that buy a Beamer.A truck is simple.You want seat heaters add them.I just like a truck with a new powertrain,new simple design that last forever.

 

I also wish they went smaller like first gen.

 

I like the fact that it's like the size of the older Tundras. More room in the cab. All I really want on my 08 is a powered back window like on the new Tundras. I'm not picky about it. Everytime I come home from offroading I always have a new dent or paint chip/scratch, or some new squeak and that doesn't bother me. I use my truck for what it is. I don't need voice command radio, push button start, sunroof, I live in the desert so heated anything is a waste along with leather, and don't need the touch sensitive dial thingy's like on the Audi's and what not. If they come out with a new redesign and powertrain then good for them. It'll be another mid-size that will continue to stay ahead of the game as far as mid-sizes go but I'll still keep my 08. There's nothing wrong with it.

 

I am confident the next Taco won't be a crossover with a bed (like the Colorado). Toyota knows their their demographics. The Tacoma HAS to be a hit because it's their highest selling truck, unlike the Colorado/Canyon to GM. The current Colorado barely edges out the Taco specs-wise and GM had 10 years to catch up. It's gonna be good. Real good!

on second thought , the ones in my wife's Golf are nice , I could have those but they already offer those in the Tacoma in Canada , since 2008
