Shitty. None of the ebay vendors are willing to ship to Hawaii. What did you have to do to get the lights to work? Tap the blinkers? I was planning on tapping dtrl so the mirrors would stay on as running lights, and blink with the turn signals. I might buy the OEM sport mirrors and see if I can fit a puddle light of my own in there.

Got rid of my suspension squeak! I've had a squeak from the front end ever since I installed my OME lift 2 months ago. Initially it was only on big bumps but got more frequent as the suspension settled in. It turned out that my sway bar was just barely rubbing the bottom of my springs.

The Icon sway bar relocation kit did the job and now my truck is just as quiet as stock. I'm really excited because I have tried lubing EVERYTHING to get rid of the noise. Glad to have finally figured it out.

I'd also like to add, this is a mechanic not affiliated with Toyota and sees a large number of vehicles from underneath. For him to say there seems to be an unusual amount of corrosion, there must be. I had Toyota check it after that but they didn't seem to think it was any worse than any other ones they see.

This is a great idea! I'd love to see a write up on the install with info on the wiring and switch that you added to control them. Thanks for the idea even if you decide not to do the write up.

I'm guilty of the chrome ass too. Mine week be remedied with a hcrb soon though. Color matched as well.

I believe the white one is the original ARB test platform built by ARB

The wheel doesn't fit! All the stereo controls, cruise control lever and plastic trim fit like a glove. However, the hub interface that engages the spiral cable has a different tongue-and-groove design:

    IMG_8989s%2Bcontrols%2Bfit_d720c4340ceaa11b15fdc7f1bc1696f1b82a32da.jpg IMG_8991s%2Bhub%2Bdifferences_ebbb1036e01b0ed376dc4bcf1146b4b13fa4822d.jpg

I've gone back to stock for now. I will have to either modify the Tacoma spiral cable hub register or modify the wiring connector to work with a 4Runner spiral cable.
