    Ok so an update.

    After class I took the 2 replacement locks for members that had erroneous locks shipped out by pop n lock. I took a PL 5300 in to get a shipping estimate and got some bad news. Since Maureen failed to tell me the PL5300's replace the whole handle where as the 5200s only include a locking mechanism, they are significantly larger. I cannot ship them the same way as the 5200's and the shipping is going to be about $9.

    I can get a bit of a discount if I use the click and ship option online so that should help a bit. Does anyone have any suggestions on saving on shipping costs?

    How much did we originally pay for shipping, and how many 5300's are there to ship out?

    I believe $6 and there are about 45. That is the only reason I am a little disappointed. I was planning on making up any difference on the remaining 8 or 9 PL5300s I have but over $120 is a little much lol

    Have you looked into USPS Express Mail bulk rate. If they fit there box, this may be a solution to your problem.

    Try the USPS, "If it fits, it ships" as per their new shipping boxes. Try that. Not sure what the rate is for that, but can you try that first? Thanks

    That is how I shipped the PL5200's, but the PL5300's will only fit in one of the flat rate boxes that start at $10.xx
