    I tried a couple of these and although it may be hard to tell from this pic the letters are not as precise of distinct as they should be. The slot hole design does not conform to the letter curves well at all.

    Ah, darn...

    I'm assuming the silver grille/ghost mesh is with M0 mesh?

    Just wondering if it's possible to achieve the ghost letters with thicker mesh.

    All the "ghost raptor" mesh is M4 - this mesh has the same hole size as the 2nd gen sport hood scoops. Also it is slightly thinner than the standard mesh thickness which allows me to emboss the letters. (.050 instead of .063)

    It is not within my capability currently to do this lettering in any other mesh style besides the M4.

    Actually no, I classified this as a "custom build" and charged $470 + shipping.

    There's distinct cost/labor differences between the two.

    I no longer make the actual raptor grill for the 01-04 like I do for the 05-11 and soon the 12-15.

    I only made two of them and I did not want to pursue additional builds.
