    Pretty much perfect running weather!

I am glad I am not the only one that feels that way when they don't run!

Raining pretty good here too, plus current wind at 16 mph gusting to 20+ mph, going to be a fun run in just a little bit. I will not run on a dreadmill and our indoor track here on base is 200 m but the corners are not right so it puts some strain on anyone running any real speed at all.

Running conditions this morning at 9am. Snowed most of the night for a few inches and all day today as well, so there is a lot of snow on the ground here.

I ended up with stinking bronchitis after a cold run in the rain!
Didn't slow me down too much though. 1:40:59 half yesterday still coughing. Four seconds of my best!

I like that TW has a thread for almost every hobby of mine... welding, photography, running, foodies.. haha.

Only began running about a year and a half ago. Ran the Vegas and SoCal Ragnar, then the Zion trail relay, which was my favorite (even in the mud and snow!).

I'm slow, but I'm faster than my couch. It's too cold now to run, and I cancelled my gym membership. Hopefully, I can find a way out before spring, and try to run Zion again.

Try and find ways to run outside, as you can see from the above pics, it's easily doable. With the right gear, and not nearly as much as one might think, it can be very comfortable to run in single digits and even colder.

True, and we may get back into the 50's this week. My smokers lungs simply hate the cold :p

I did get an underarmor shirt, its so much better than that waffle thermal material.. Trying to find pants similar, then I just need to pull up my big boy pants and get out there and do it!
