Final exams will be the death of me.

 

Sh!t, THIS is one of the reasons i'm hesitant about going back to school.

On a different note, and htis is going to be out there...does anyone have knowledge with Motorola Radios or Toughbooks?

 

I hate toughbooks. I have that knowledge

I'm just out of motivation. I've spent countless hours on TW and Expedition portal the last week when I should've been studying

 

I have a meeting or what ever Wednesday about starting welding school jan 5th.


Soo looks like i’m going to be starting school A LOT earlier than i though.

 

I'm on hour 12 of being in the library today, studying and writing a paper. Tomorrow will be spent the exact same way. Probably 2-3 of that has been spent on TW and other social medias while I've attempted to de-stress. But nonetheless, I'm ready to be done studying for these exams and just go home.

 

I used the panasonic cf-30 for 8 years and now am using a panasonic toughpad fz-g1 they are all just hardened pc's

 

Just take a break every so often. It helps out tremendously to just sit in silence with nothing in front of your face and just breathe for a few mins.

 

I didn't think this was true when I was in college the first time. Second Semester exams time I learned this and it made everything a lotttt calmer and clearer head.

 

Oh it's very true. It has to do with your nervous system. When your stressed or anxious your body creates adrenaline which increase your heart rate and not only lessens your concentration but also wears you out due to your body working harder. Taking long deep breaths produces hormones that counteract your adrenal gland and calm your central nervous system down which lowers your heart rate and blood pressure and makes you relax, thus clearing your mind.

It's not opinion, it's fact. Like you said Jake, try it sometime and you will be surprised. Stand or sit up straight, exhale fully then breath in slowly through your nose trying to fill your stomach with air. Breathe out as slow as you breathed in and just repeat that for however long. While your reading this just try it real quick and see how you feel. You might be surprised how much just one slow deep breathe helps.

 

That's crazy, worked a lot actually.

Exactly. Don't breathe in and expand your lungs real big, raising your shoulders up. You wanna try and breathe in in your stomach area.

looked on ebay but all the ones i find you have to pay for before you can see more info or make sure they can get it in the same color. (don’t really want to have to color match it after we get it)
