    :notsure: the thing is I haven't touch the rear since I had my tires rotated from a shop.


    Monkeyproof mention in the 626/909 due to taking the tires/rim off the wheel stud all the time the lugs may have gotten fatigued.

    He said it pretty common in the Tacoma/fj forums.

    same thing happened to me a couple years ago on the highway going like 60. studs sheared clean off for no reason. same corner of the truck and everything. twinsies

    Did you re-torque when you got back home from the shop?

    I always do and you'd be suprised how unevenly their air tools "torque" shit. :(

    Even when i go to the dealer, i take the torque wrench with me so i don't ride an hour's drive back home wondering how tight my lugs are....
