    Have a used k&n from my tacoma. It's for the 4.0 engine. Has about 10k miles on it. Comes with cleaning and oiling kit. I'd keep it but I had an Amazon card and got an AFE dry. $50 obo shipped

    They can be if they are over oiled and not cleaned when they are dirty. Thanks for shitting on my thread BTW very much appreciated. I'm sorry your Clazzio GB didn't work out but come on man. There a tons of guys here that run these filters, myself included that have no issues at all.

    I have run these in the last 5 vehicles I've owned.
    Dry well after cleaning, oil lightly twice, let dry well between and after, no issues.
