    I get to find out how hard it is to exchange a tire bought from Amazon. One of the tires has excessive road force and will not balance. Checked the rim and reseated the tire. Didn't work. Got a bad tire. It would be nice if shot worked like it was supposed to for once.

    Nathan and Phil I'm planning on rolling out of town on the morning of the 24th. It's a solid 2 day drive to get there. There will be plenty of wheelin the day before. AREA BFE offers some amazing trails within the actual campground. Also, all the best camping spots will be claimed early, so it's best to get a jump start.

    If this year is anything to go off of there will be no wheelin on the last day. Basically that is when everyone pulls up stakes and heads out. I'm planning on being back in H-Town late on June 1st.

    dam it! nail/ screw in my 285-70-17. located outside the last groove on the tread. but not near the sidewall. stealership and discount says, "cant be patched". not losing air, don't want to pull it out. 5000 mile rotation coming up quick, don't want to rotate it up to the front.......what say you?

    I'm good with that plan. Are we going to plan an overnight or just stop at a convenient hotel along the way? I don't know about you, but I'm not interested in camping overnight on the drive up.
