One of these cars is not like the other

 

So my brother has lost his license (or so I have been told) and he just drove off in his car that stands out like a sore thumb. Let me tell you the series of events:

1. Officers (who he has had multiple run ins with....) will recognize his car and pull him over

2. A) If the officers are nice enough to not tow it right away, he can call a friend to come get it.
or
2. B) it gets towed right away

3. If B happens, my brother does not have money for all the fees related to being towed. And his car is only worth a few xxxx.

4. The daily fee starts to rack up, and before you know it, it's not worth it to get the car out.

5. My brother will be mad at us (the family) for not paying his fees.

He can only help himself at this point and needs to hit bottom wherever that ends up being.

I don't mean to offend but it sounds like he's been enabled for awhile and needs to learn that he is ultimately responsible for himself. It'll be a harsh lesson but with a little luck he'll get his shit straight.

a good electric one can do a great job, electric holds temp well and has clear temperature settings. Glorified oven, but that's what a smoker really is.

 

What's wrong with an ecig

 

there's not much regulation, so "juice" companies are free to put whatever the fuck they want in their products and call it "safe"

I kinda want to take someone's ecig juice and run some chromatography on it, and see if it really is "only" propylene glycol and nicotine

though, even "flavorings" aren't regulated


and Idk how I feel about coating my lungs with propylene glycol in the first place, since mucus membrane interaction with glycols hasnt really been studied


but that's just me

 

Well I can say I haven't had any problems with mine, my juice is 90% vegetable glycerin and 10% propylene glycol and 6mg of nicotine. Personally I could go for 0 PG but it holds on to the flavoring, I have basically quit smoking hookah and I don't have chest congestion or pains anymore. The long run may be harmful but in the last 8 months i haven't had any issues.

 

it's a hell of a lot better than normal cigs, but I'm just curious about the long-terms; people havent been ingesting vaporized glycerine or glycols for very long so there aren't many studies out there


but with more people using what you are- glycerol//vegetable glycerin, I really hope someone's doing quality checks and getting it from a reliably clean source
