i dont think i saw one out there its not much of a club house its more of a old building with some restrooms in it but they have water and power

 

it looks like rain .... its not good almost 2inches tomorrow and rain most of the week it is kinda dry out right now so maybe it will soak it up i sure hope so

Soggy Bottom Ranch is about a 20 min. drive from BVORR, they are always open & don't exactlly follow the "tread lightly" policy. I saw that BVORR would close trails if they where too wet.

The local weather in Bryan/College Station says 80% tommorow & 40% Wed. & Thurs. Only 20-30% after that. The weather man around here is never right, we should be fine. Even if it does rain off & on, I ain't gonna melt.

 

I am tellin you, If you want to "wheel the shit out of your truck" then the Soggy Bottom is the place for you. It is an ATV park for the most part, but thet have a truck area that is pretty nasty. I am not taking my Precummer down there but would encourage well equiped 4x4's. They also have a very nice camping area.

It is a decent back up plan if nothing else.

 

That is just as well with me, The camping area at General Sam's is not as nice, but the trails are easier. At least Sam's is within a reasonable distance from BVORR.

 

I think there are plenty of alternative options. I doubt it's gonna rain though

 

Ya man, I just looked at the weather and it looks pretty nasty. I dunno if I will be making it down if its raining, long way to go just to get told to turn around lol. Ill keep my fingers crossed though, plus my gf wants me to stay cause I was gone last weekend. She is giving me a pretty nice incentive though

 

it might not rain this weekend but it might still be wet there i say if bvorr is shut down we head to general sams its a 45 min drive and its a nice drive threw some small hick towns
