Kewl unfinished 4R tubed Beefed Bumper

I'm making this rear wrap around bumper for Travis who's on Yota Tech. It's the same truck I did the weld on sliders on. This bumper will wrap around the sides, have a receiver hitch, a 2 panel step, and 2 shackles, all bolt on of course. The shackle mounts will be boxed, sleeved, and built to take abuse. The sides will be up high where they need to be, and it'll all be departure angle friendly. I'm doing 2 polished aluminum panels with upward dimple die holes that will bolt to the step area when the hatch is open. This bumper's stout! I'll update the thread when I make more progress on it.

 

How much would the same thing be but the whole width of the truck(tacoma)?

This is going to be a wrap around bumper. Price, I don't know, cheaper than anywhere else most likely. He'll have paid about $380 or so once all the parts and my labor have been added up.

 

what sort of machine do you use to bend the pipe? and can they be rented from anywhere?

Hey thanks man! Here's a picture of the shackles... the panels for the step & wrap around sides are next, then it's done. Pics are kind of crappy.

UPDATE: Here are a few shots of the slow progress on the bumper. It'll be semi gloss black & have the polished aluminum dimple die steps, and yes, he's going to paint the body area behind it black for the clean look.... I just wish it was on my 4x4.
