    peanuts? who puts peanuts on ice cream? what about sprinkles? or toffee bits? syrup first then toppings so that the toppings stick to the syrup and stay on top of hte ice cream and don't all fall to the bottom of hte bowl. :cool:

    reminds me of my grandpa...he was worse than us kids when it came to peeking and shaking the gifts under the tree. he was born in 1919 so I don't think xmas was a terribly extravagant day for him as a kid. but all of that enthusiasm held out until he had grandkids and he would be under hte tree with us trying to figure out what everything was. my mom would get so mad at him because he was setting a bad example for my brother and I :laugh:

    Since the tree went up Sunday, 4 yr old grandson keeps checking under the tree to see if Santa has come yet ... he doesn't seem to be processing the wait 'til Christmas Eve part. :laugh: The kids do make Christmas fun. :)
