Thanks guys! Definitely going to be nice being able to tweak PSI on the trails without having to drive back to the lot to air up. I'm sure there were others that were treated better than me on Black Friday *cough*Nick*cough*

 

I feel like I'm the only one that didn't capitalize on any Black Friday deals. Damn!

 

I seriously had a hard time not getting more stuff. I really want a plus 2 LT kit from all pro with some fox resis and a bamf relocation with 12" fox resis. Also need a fridge, regear, front locker and 35s... Its hard to stop myself from dipping into savings and finishing this thing.

 

We gotta figure out how to grow a money tree!!!

 

It is more rewarding though to add one thing at a time. Figuring out how to order and install it without the wife knowing... Haha. I installed my winch a couple weeks ago and ended up having to use it this weekend in a messy situation to save another tw truck. It was truly a rewarding experience.

Quite a list there Nick! Can't wait to see where it goes! You're definitely an inspiration to my build but mine's just a little farther behind yours and not as cool haha mine is going to slow now since the list of "To-Do's" seems to be growing exponentially that I have to catch up first before ordering more things! I cannot wait to finally get my RTT!

Haha. She got me the winch but Im pushing her to her limits these days... I make the money but apparently that doesnt mean I can spend it...

 

I am trying to get most of it done before my money becomes OUR money..just need a couple things to happen..

(1) Hit a deer or have someone rear end me and insurance with cover it; take the check and order some pelfreybilt goodness..

(2) Get super stuck with her where I can justify to her that front locker AND a winch would have saved us..

Is that too much to ask??

 

Thats funny. Right after spending an hour recoveing jason(STOM) using my maxtrax, shovel, winch, and snatchblock. His wife who has told him for years his truck is good enough told him he can buy whatever he needs.

 

Hahaha I need to go get super stuck then!! Cuz I needs me a winch and more recovery gear!!!

 

I need to make a trip out to you, get super swamped and have that happen to me. You should charge a "Get more mods while married" service. Where do I sign up for this service? HAHA

 

I should. Chris (CMJ) took alot of video of the whole day but said it will take a few weeks to edit it together. Should be a good video when its done.

Yessir!! I think I got the last orange set but they have another shipment coming in a week or so!!

 

Got the last two of the packages I was waiting for. One package was a gift and one was a Black Friday deal! Can't wait to get them on and all wired up!



2 of them are going to be used as Sasquatch lights; one on each side of the roof rack. As for the left overs, I MIGHT try to do something similar to what this guy did behind the grill



Pete was right, light bars are addicting! Still have to order a 40" for the roof rack and swap out my current 20" for something different/better.

PA should be coming by Friday I just hope I can get it installed before the weekend

Last night I fixed the issue I was having with the mount for the compressor. Only two of the three holes I made for the mount were able to be mounted Sunday. Just took the Christmas tree bit and 2 minutes to enlarge all the holes and I was able to get the thing mounted and it is solid; not going anywhere. Next, I tightened all the allen bolts that secure to compressor to ARB's bracket that came with the compressor. Then I hard mounted the ARB relay to the firewall, put electrical tape on the locker wiring on the harness, and zip tied and cleaned up the excess wiring from the compressor. Lastly, I relocated a couple of the rock lights and am a little happier with the location they are in now. I hit an invisible pot hole that was pretty bad and the lights did not move at all. I might just keep this setup
