Guess it depends on a few things. I know more people who seem to get sick when they get the flu vaccine every year.

I get one every year, though not by choice. I believe that vaccines for major illnesses work Polio was a good example of that. A more recent example is chicken pox. When I was a kid we all just got chicken pox and that was how it was. Now they have a vaccine for it and I know tons of kids that have never had chicken pox because of the vaccine.

Flu shots are questionable just because there are so many strains of flu and the time frame needed to create the vaccine etc, I can't really say one way or the other, but I have been getting a flu shot every year for the last 8 years and it has been so long ago that I last had the flu that I don't even remember. Middle school maybe

I agree with this within reason. Dr's are definitely over prescribing stuff nowadays... It blows my mind how many people live on prescription and OTC pain meds... I have never been on a prescription pain med and I have taken an OTC pain med maybe 10 times in my life.

I know there's been research into vaccines causing those issues. Don't think it's ever been proven though.

I'd get vaccinated every year but I hate needles. I havent gotten a flu vaccine since High School because of that. I get sick maybe once or twice a year but did I die?

Haha I wasnt allowed to donate blood for 5 years after I moved to the States from China because Red Cross pointed to China on the map and said "if you have ever lived here you probably have Malaria or hepatitis." Since that day I've been living life on the edge.
