Well if you think about it, the whole vehicle vibrates while driving..

Do you guys think I would notice any improvement by regearing to 4.30's from 4.10's? They seem so close that I'm not sure if it would be worth it. It would be just swapping in a third of course.

Should get you close to stock in terms of ratios (not accounting for the extra weight of the 33s). It would put a bit more fun in the S/C but not sure it's worth the labor imo.

I was doing a quick search but couldn't find any. Anybody put Hellas behind the grille of a 98-00? It looks kinda cramped there not sure if it will fit

Depends on the size, Theres plenty of room behind my grille, would need to fab up a back probably for best fit

You have a V6 so it might be noticeable, but when I went from 4.10 to 4.30 on a 4cyl the difference was very slight. I basically had the same power as with the AC off, but with the AC on. If that makes any sense.

Yea I just measured it should fit, just have to make sure the lights are as flush to the grille as possible. Thanks

I just bought an 8" powered sub for under the seat.

Haven't installed it yet, and am going in with low expectations... but I hope it just fills out the bottom nicely. I need my back seats all the time so proper subwooferage is out of the question.

It's less Tacoma and more mod
I doubt that would make a huge difference for you. I bought a set of 4:30s from another user for a great price, the price basically did the deciding for me plus I'll be coming from 3:58s which are far too steep for my 31s. But 4:30s will be just above stock revs with the 32s I'm getting. I would say that the next logical step for you might be 4:56s if you are looking for a modest increase without stepping really high in the revs, even 4:88s would be good.
Good luck and let us know if you go with the 4:30s :)

Amp is only layed there in pic. I did mount it to the box with some foam under it. Honestly it was the beat place i could see mounting it as far as sturdyness and cooling goes. The box itself is 1" mdf and is solid. This mmats is a beast with its 3"vc and big double stacked magnet. Theres really no place without vibration :D

Hasn't even crossed my mind to change one of those. How often are you supposed to change that?

I seem to do oil changes a lot so its nice to have an easy oil filter location. Its definitely not bad in the 3.4 though just not as easy.

I should probably add that to the list. No idea if its ever been done.. Don't really have a good history on this truck. I'm happy that the oil came out as clean as it did after all the miles I put on it. Seems like its in amazing shape for 208k miles

Could've sworn I read that it doesn't need to be changed but after 200k miles it's gonna be pretty gunky. I need to change mine, 176k miles on it.
