You missed a lot of hilarity. Go check out Eric's pics. Namely the one of some sort of studio.

I don't really have a set program, I travel for work so I try to go 2-3 times a week when I'm home. Wish I could go 5 days again but for now I try to hit legs, Chest & tri & shoulders, Back & bi. I wish I could split it better but there's simply no way I could do that right now and hotel gyms are the worst...

Do it. I'm still disappointed after 305 buried me last night. 300 went up easy enough to make me want to jump straight to 315. I really think I just hit wrong at the bottom. Oh well. Few more weeks and I'll do it again.

You can all show this to your significant others..

haha so true. My fiancee is going to start training with me in Jan. Whatever happens for me in Jan, either the internship at the Capitol or law school, I'm gonna have to start coming to the gym really early in the morning either way and she's already a morning person, so we're going to start working out together. I'm pumped. I already give her workouts to do and, whenever she does do them, her and her friends get sore as hell. It's gonna be fun

As far as bench maxing goes, I got stuck at 300 for like 3 months and just trained like hell and went straight to 315 and got it like it was nothing. I'd just keep doing whatever you're doing and go straight up to 315 in a few months and you'll throw it through the roof. I can't believe you're like 40 lbs lighter than me and benching that much....I feel like a little bitch haha

This Myogenix Hypershock Rage is a great pre-workout. I definitely recommend it!

haha. Don't. Bench is my only strong lift. I work my legs harder than my chest and haven't seen much gains (strength or size wise). Some of my pants are getting tighter in the thighs, so that's a good thing. They're improving some, but nothing like my bench weight is. My whole family has bird legs. I'm predisposed to tiny legs :(. I'm givin it hell tryin to make them sumbitches grow, though!

Good one. I can't get mine to even do cardio and it infuriates me. I don't give a damn if she's gained weight or whatever, but with 2 bad discs in her back dropping 10-20 would be a big help.

That's her choice sure but she's so jealous that I'm getting the results..um yeah I'm doing the work.

That and she was pissed when I started supplements, yelled at me about having to do work there's no magic blah blah..well doing 60-90 a day is doing work. Once she saw me get some more help with the supps she wants to take em. I told her no fukkn way till I see you commit to diet and exercise "because there's no magic". Haha

X2. Leg gains are tough for me too. Mine get stronger, but don't grow like my core. Same with arms.

Haha mine has always worked out, but when she trains with me, she doesn't sandbag like she does with her friends. The only catch is, she said if she does weights with me, I gotta do cardio with her lol

My arms are 16 and its a struggle to keep them there. When I cut, they'll go to 15.5. My chest, back and shoulders grow like crazy, but my limbs don't. They do continue to get stronger though, so I'm not too mad lol. Is is too much to ask to have some 18" arms?!

It's her choice, just like it had to be mine when she and my doctor nagged me for years about my bad habits. 2 degenerating discs in her lower back is as good if not better reason than my junk knee. I could do without her getting all bitter about me getting work done.

That's good shit though... my bench is barely 225... I fucking hate bench.

Bench depth is touching chest right? And not that stupid 90 degree back bend angle shit them women do right? :D I saw a video one time of a girl moving the bar like 2" and it was supposedly the world record ... Trying to find that fucking video

This isn't the video but you get the idea... lol some people.
