I've tried that method; I think my problem was that I was using Goodyear Pushlock hose - 3/8"... Wasn't enough flow, and resulted in the cap being blown off - and gear oil all over the floor.

But I bet it'd work well with some bigger ID tubing!

 

For sure. I still haven't had my suspension in the sand

Fuckkkkk........and power outage.

 

I seem to have good luck picking houses with reliable power. My current place rarely goes down, and usually gets restored fast. I think I share a substation with some old folk's homes, so I get priority treatment.
My last place was across the street from the biggest hospital in the city. During the last major snowstorm, I only lost power for an hour at a time. I sat at home chatting online with you guys while my co-workers were cooking beans on a coleman stove.

 

I cleaned my gutters yesterday. Today when i came home from work they are full of shit again... I quit.

Highest gust we had at the airport was 23MPH today.... Forecasted as 60... Way over rated

I even went as far as pulling blades off helicopters for this "storm" yesterday for absolutely nothing

 

I'll be damned. The two models were conflicting on how strong it would be, and as usual the Portland Forecasters erred on the side of caution. You'd be much more upset if they called for 25mph and it hit 60. We had a peak gust of 56mph out here, blew some trucks off the road.

 

That's a bad day! It's picking up with the winds a little but still under 25MPH here. Looking at the RADAR most of the storm has passed. Maybe the tail end will throw some air around.
