Last saturday I added a pair of cheap heating foils to my mirrors.
All together 20.-€...

This morning first time ice on the mirrors...works like a dream!

 

JRGMANN have you thought about purchasing orange LED and replacing the stock bulbs in a housing. Not the cheapest option available but it would work. You could essentially buy the 4x4 housing and buy some orange from fleabay and swap.

I took my last final yesterday so I have been spending the last two days taking care of things that have been set aside. Yesterday I ordered parts for my wifes M3 and put most of it back together, took care of my fathers Hummer emissions/tabs and got the brake tool from Oreilly's.

Today I:
Installed $2 Garage sale KC lights -


Hosed it down with a pressure washer and chipped a small chunk of paint off the driver door. I live on a dirt road so I already got it dirty... Whats the point lol I also pressure washed the bed in preparation of putting the canopy back on tomorrow -


Scrubbed all my windows down and put new wipers on -


Changed the front brake pads -


Is there a reason why it's so hard to find shoes for the rear brakes? I feel like most people don't do the rear brakes that often.

 

My taco finally go serviced even tho it was due at 15400 and was finally done at 18440. Woman don't understand

 

Finally installed my Relentless tailgate reinforcement plate. Had Relentless powder coated it too.

Low tire pressure light came on last night on the way home, thought I just had to put air in the tire due to it getting cold out. Walked out to do it this morning and had a nice flat. Musta ran over a nail or something. Nice thing though is the local tire shop didn't charge me to plug it

Can't wait for the stock tires to wear out so I can justify a lift and larger tires

Same thing happened to me last week. Sucks when that happens.

 

My fronts usually last over 100K miles and the rears should last until the second front set... IMO

 

Installed a fumoto drain valve and used the truck to get a Christmas tree.

 

Is there a particular shackle people prefer to use? Wasn't sure if anyone knows shackles to stay away from our anything.
