I feel you man. I had 4 slices of pizza two days ago for dinner and it took up more than half of my calorie goal... It's such a pain in the ass to eat healthy during finals...

My dad mixed up me and my brother protein shake for us today before we left for the gym and didn't tell us it was like 3 or 4 year old protein powder. It just tasted like old dust :puke:

I was too excited. I was so happy I could take the scoop out without having to dig for it that I went ahead and took it out and used it without a pic. Just gonna have to believe that it happened...

The wife is not feeling well, so we did takeout. My kitchen skills are opening a can of cat food, making her morning coffee, pouring me a bowl of cereal or making a sandwich, and stirring a protein shake.

Last night dinner was a slice of pizza and 2 glasses of soda..dart league night. Plus got home late and skipped workouts, so all in all I feel like a lardball and a half.

    nothing like bareass squats

go the whole 9 yards and dig a hole to squat over

now you can squat without worrying about shitting yourself or tearing your pants

    all the gains

    :worthless:

I'm sure you and Jordan could figure out a way to incorporate one of these into your squat rack

I try to do legs once a week but I hate leg day so much. Mainly just because my knees are so fucked up that even doing leg extensions on a machine makes them hurt for a few days. I pretty much constantly have some discomfort in my knees in everyday life whether or not I've been doing legs recently. That's at least my excuse for having a weak ass squat. Weirdly enough it doesn't bother me to do deadlifts

so with all this squat talk lately I have a question for you guys, since I started squatting again heavy. as soon as I rack the weight I feel a pinching in my back where the bar sits on the top of my trap does anyone else get this

you need to pull your traps back and down when your squatting, this will keep you tighter when you are going down.

Not really, I think it's cause we just man up and take it! :p Just kidding. Seriously though, just stick your ass and your chest out and pinch together your upper back so the bar sits on your traps and not your neck vertebrae.
