Hey guys so I am graduating from Brooks Institute next week and right now up in the gallery is all the students work who will be graduating with me. If you can please go check out the work! It would be awesome to see you guys taking an interest in local photographers. You can go in at anytime and see the work. There is a more formal showing of the work this friday at 4pm-6pm, but the work will be up for the next few weeks so if you cant make it then you wont miss out. The school is on cota street right behind world market. Thanks in advance!

I think I am going to hit up Hungry Valley OHV park near Gorman this Saturday 13 Dec. I hope to get there around 9:00 AM and spend most of the day there playing around. Let me know if anyone would like to connect up. My wife has an event for work she needs to be at so I will most likely be alone, possibly doing some scouting for places to try to hunt next season...

I passed someone on 101 about 10 minutes ago. Silver taco, lifted...male, short haircut. I passed on my motorcycle.

In other questions: Where is the best place to get a car tinted in Lompoc/Santa Maria? I want to get a car tinted.

Tint works in Goleta has always been good to me. You can negotiate prices too, and he does a great job. Don't know about SM/Lompoc but maybe its cheaper out there... this guy wasn't too bad IIRC though

Pro Tint in Lompoc quoted $140 for the back quarters and rear glass + $80 for the sides. I think a tinted windshield is dumb and makes you drive 35mph in the rain on the freeway at night because you can't see....i don't like those people. You don't look cool driving 35mph on the freeway.

Call tint works and ask about a coupon. I think it was 70 for both sides but dont quote me on that! Tinted windshields are nice if you do the UV film at like 70+%, keeps it a lot cooler and you can't really tell its there. But yeah limo on the windshield isn't going to get you far in the dark haha.
I want to do my windows in the tundra but I'm so tired of getting dicked around by local cops I might just wait to see if I end up moving

In the past I've had limo tinted driver/passenger windows on a Jeep and hated them. You can't see anything when you're backing up at night so I was glad the bumper was steel and painted with hardware store black paint haha.

Side Note: Who has the trick black Tacoma at OSH Hardware?
