The composite beds are definitely strong enough to support a well designed bedrack and roof top tent. Anything like the Allpro, Pelfreybuilt etc bedracks will work perfectly well.

Hey guys, Tepui is making a couple nice changes I wanted to mention here. First one is kinda small but still a nice feature. The side straps used to keep the tent folded tight are being changed to include a buckle. The current Velcro straps struggle to hold when stuff like bedding etc is left inside the tent and there is a lot of pressure on those straps. The buckle will make that a secure setup and allow it to be cinched down and held tight. This should help a lot with you guys that like to leave bedding etc in your tents.

Secondly, and here's where I need some feedback. Tepui is looking to add a third color option to the Ruggedized models. Currently they are offered in Expedition Orange or Haze Grey. We're looking for suggestions from customers/future customers as to what other color would you like to see in the Ruggedized tents? We'll be gathering feedback over the next week or so and selecting the most popular request to add as a new color option. Let me know what you'd like to see.

Cool. Options are always nice and I am all over picking one of these up come spring.

I really like the haze grey, but would consider a nice shade of green

I would love to have that feature.

Color? I'd say an olive color.

Already commented on ExPO but I will echo it over here. I think a tent with a white fabric body with topo print, black rainfly, and expo orange with topo mattress cover would be rad, yes the white could get really dirty and it would be expensive to print the topo bu I think it would be a sweet combo.

I made a long term review video of my Tepui this fall, and I discuss several of my likes and dislikes in it. You should check it out if your interested in input other than colors.

I don't mean to sound overly critical, BUT any type of camo is preferable to that bright orange. So much for being discreetly part of the remote area you're parked in. Besides, that color to a Kodiak/Grizzly bear looks like a large Doritos bag with fresh meat inside.

My dad has one of these at the house. Canvas needs some work, but other than that, it's fine. Apparently it REALLY heavy. Technology has changed since the 60s. Would be neat to put that on the 4Runner, but would only use during fair weather trips.

Lol^^ I kinda agree with ya on the Nacho Cheese orange. Kinda like the less vibrant OD Green/Grey/Tan of my Autana. But hey some folks dig the bling!
