The truck is home, still fits in the garage, and drives NICE. I've kept a dead-blow hammer in the cab to take care of any squeaks where the cab contacts the cage and at this point I think I've got most of them.

Once my workday calms down I'll update my ttora thread and will comment on the AllPro suspension. (very sweet, btw!)

For now, here are a couple of pictures of the last item to be fabricated and mounted on the truck. :D

Thanks! It came out even better than I expected.

Even my fabricator was impressed with the results, which I found amusing. :p

If it helps, the thing high-centered in the parking lot Saturday night. The shop owner was tooling around the complex and found some piles of dirt (as in dump-truck dropped piles). Hit the first couple sideways to test the articulation with the torque arm installed, and then hit one head-on at a low-speed crawl. High-centered on the skidplates and stuck even with the locker engaged.

Out comes the hi-lift. Jack the back of the truck up, push it to the side off the jack, wash rinse repeat. We came clear, put the jack back, and hit the same pile with some speed to show it who's boss. Cleared the obstacle that time! :D

Speaking of the torque arm, check out this integrated driveshaft protection!

And yes, I'm aware there's no driveshaft in that pic. :p

Should I be surprised that all of the spaces around my truck in the office parking lot are vacant? ;)

Aw hell Homer, I'll take you both into the pines around Atsion, about half way between you and I, we should be able to find enough mud to get on the tires, even if it does bore the hell out of a baja 1000 class truck and driver, it'll still be more mud than he'll find up there in that North Jersey :puke:place.:boink: :)

It was a LONG weekend in the shop. Saturday was the torque arm/driveshaft armor and Sunday was the front skidplate. I posted updates to my build thread around 2pm yesterday.

Set it up and I'm there! :burnrubber:

    Warms my heart! :p
