There you go Raycie! Shit, that's brand new. I bet you can get him down to at least $30,000. Let him keep those rims.

I got mine brand new for $32,000 out the door including taxes and all that crap.

Nah, I'm just playing. I'm sure it'll be cool looking. Unless they stick like a highlander front on it or something. I think the the newer 2012 design is the nicest yet.

Yea thing is there will "always be something" so says my wife and unfortunately she is probably right.. even if I got a 4x4, then I would need to get all the stuff I got on my truck now. As not everything would swap over easily.... I'll be fist to admit i most likely have a problem.. that's why I also have $1,500+ worth of RC stuff in the garage (that hardly gets used ) thanks to all you assholes on TW... hahahahaha...

I still don't think that they'd put a diesel in the us market. I'd be more excited for a factory turbo gasoline engine. Toyota has made some of the best factory turbo motors. 22RET, 3SGTE, 2JZGTE. Good fuel economy, plus the power is there when you need it. I'd like to see a version of the 1GR with factory twins. Ford's ecoboost is a step in the right direction. Emissions are probably why we don't have either turbo or diesels..

And one of the reasons I got a '12 refresh instead of waiting for a new model is that I don't like what they've been doing to the 4runner or Tundra. I think Tacoma lovers will be lucky if it even slightly resembles a hilux. It will probably follow the more American trend of huge grills, angular body lines, bulging body cladding, and the stamped tailgate.

I actually joked with the dude saying Hawaii is probably closer to Japan... until he informed me it was assembled in America...

Servco Toyota is not affiliated with Toyota USA for sales...so they have a Monopoly and get to squeeze a little more...

I'm jealous and sad that you got a way better deal on your truck than I got on mine.
