Discount tire usually has good prices, or les schwab if you have one by you. A lot of people run Goodyear Duratracs or KM2's. I have toyo MT's and love them. Since you won't be going off road a ton though I would look for a good all terrain tire, like toyo atII. 285 of course, and if you go aftermarket wheels do a 17 inch wheel, they will clear the calipers more than any 16 inch.

Which shocks are used in the BOSS kit and do they come with a warranty?

I had 5100's on my 02 Tundra and they worked for how I used my truck. I blew one seal after 40,000 miles and they sent me a new shock no questions asked.

I read someplace that the 5100's you get with the rear AAL are the same length as the factory TRD's?

I have the 4-leaf pack and need to keep the load rating. What is it about the AAL's that most don't like?

    Thanks!

I never did an add a leaf but the stock leaf packs are total junk. It's $500 but cry a little now or be pissed when your springs are de-arched and need replaced or break. Blocks in the rear only make it worse. Get new packs when you lift.

If I don't plan on a lift but want the rear to be a little stouter, you suggest getting an HD spring pack? I don't do a lot of off-road but want a little better towing and hauling spring in the rear, plus give it maybe a little more "lift" to make it look better.

If you don't lift the front along with putting in a spring pack you will have ridiculous rake, normal HD packs lift you about 2.5 or more inches.

Wheelers HD leaf pack , remove a leaf if you want to stay close to factory ride height

I've always been happy with the Darkar leaf springs, I have the 2.5" pack with 7 leafs I believe.. A little stiff at first but now I can throw heavy loads in the back and it barely changes the rake.

One important point that led me to get icons: they can be rebuilt. I don't believe Boss/Toytec can.

Thats because you have an 06. OP has brand new stock leafs so adding a 3 leaf AAL will work good for him.

Does anyone know if the Light Racing UCA uses OEM ball joints or are they a proprietary setup only available from them?

Is Camburg the only other company that has a ball joint option available? They are they same price as LR but it said someplace on here they don't correct geometry, just give more clearance
