This is a 385/75/26 (38.5x15R16) Little tight for my liking but its at full lock. It will actually rub the frame first.

Great pictures.. I just went through some of your posts of your build, now if you have some patience I have more q's : first is a bad one :) do you have a pic of what you traced out before cutting or the old piece you cut out? I wanna see if there is a way to keep my body moumt on that I already chopped. Looks like your wheel is at ride heigth and on up-travel it would rub! Yes/ no?? Its hard to tell

Ok Shawn.. thanks for the info and pics, now I am motivated to cut my firewall. All I need now is a donor with some 37's mounted on 6 lug to let me test fit while i cut so i can have it ready while my little baby 33's weare out :) id probably even buy them a coffee

Oh.. is that lower bolt that bolts the fender to the inner fender or chassis the stock location? Is that how much chop you did or did you relocate it?

How far back did you move the fender bolt? How much past the old 10mm location did you cut?

Oh... I thought I read on IG that you were sorry! Did you relocate or just chop?

I did before I mangled the body mount even more & moved my caster up. Caster adjustment made the biggest difference. Went from rubbing frequently to not at all

Agreed. Plus it handles better in the dirt with the caster raked out like a dirtbike.

That's awesome! I'll definitely be doing that.

Edit: I'm assuming you do all your allignment adjustments yourself 'cause long travel?

I've done my own alignments for years because the certified automotive techs in my area can't figure out how to do it right. :D I just max out the caster (even on both sides), use a bubble level on the wheel and get them perfectly vertical, and set toe with a mason line while keeping the steering wheel centered with a motorcycle tie down. Then I take a test drive, and if I like how it feels, I tack weld the alignment cams so it won't get knocked off on hard hits.
