The wife is treating me to a weekend stay at the Atlantis in Reno for my BD, so I might be driving the truck in snow on Monday and/or Tuesday (another storm?).

Side trips to Cabelas, Carson City and Virginia City (maybe American Flats?).

Okay, normally wouldn't post this kind of stuff, but really? Matt, the dude that has changed his truck to every fad going around (MT, Expo, Crawler, Prerunner, etc), aka rebel taco, posted this pic of Total Chaos' facebook.... Anyone else see the cheeeeessyyyy photoshop around his axle and suspension? Trying to make it look like he's got mad down travel? Why?!

Matt, if you see this, not a stab at you, just wondering why?

Can easily go up above 6k foot level. Seemed like it was just over a foot deep. We turned around at 6500 ft only because I have things to do today. 7k ft was easily doable since everything gets packed down from all the vehicles. This pic was from close to where we turned around due to time. Just watch for downed trees. Had to drive around 2 in the road where I went.

It could be crappy selects. Meaning he was trying to highlight something and wasn't careful about the selection he used. In other words, crappy post processing.

Side roads would have been fun if we weren't alone (no winch or 2nd vehicle) and my tires weren't getting low on tread. Pretty quiet up there. Passed a few when heading down. We were commenting to each other about there being no one up there. And yeah, I remember how snow depth drops fast as you move east of Meyers.
