i know…freakin a. every time I'm around friends and we talk about it, everyone wants something…but when it comes time, no one has money. My oldest bro sold their s/c taco n moved to oahu and is looking for a new 4runner but wants a lift the day/week they get it. My other brother here has a 14 thats already slightly lifted and wants a rear bumper and thinking of that new pelfreybilt. Ill admit I do want an aluminum all pro or pelfrey front, but id want a swing out and bed rack more…cause adding weight is easier than losing it! I told my brother take my rear bumper and ill get a swing out. oh and my little bro took after me and has a 98 and 04 runner and 88 and 92 ex cabs that he wants to all drop some type of parts into.
I know I'm gonna be broke till mid jan or won't be ready to drop major coin till februaryish.

I just had a friend spend $600 to get sliders and coil overs shipped here. this guy(http://honolulu.craigslist.org/big/pts/4803159453.html) spent $357 to have his toy tec kit shipped to big island, but its $677 for home delivery. I paid like $360 to have my boss order shipped here…and I added on a bunch of stuff after the sept offering they had.

anyhow, yeah…I got a few trucks around here that need be built up. talk your friends into building shit. lol

all my friends are running 10" lifts on 20s. lol
i had to pay $400 to get my $450 TG lopro here
and thats just a damn tube bumper

it got here rusty too, and I had to use iven's angle grinder to cut a crossmember off even though TG's customer service dude ignored my questions and told me its plug and play

so it's back to AP or something else armorwise; too baaaaad pelfrey doesnt do 1st gennnnnsssssssssssssssssss.............................

Are they plug n play? Is yours like some that have that resistor box or whatever and needs to be mounted somewhere? Any trouble with safety check? Lol

That's what I like about them the have a bigger cut off like stock bulbs but when your driving around you don't blind people like hids and it don't scatter like hids and I think there brighter

 

Lights are the same. But, I only have one. Someone sold the others. Plus If $99.00 is a pair, than fubarmotobits is cheaper.

Yes it has the box. Thats to make the current going into the leds stabil.
Dont think they'll pass safety since i failed when I had all the other lights led and they failed me.

 

Threw on some Christmas Lights, but then found out it was too risky from Officer Hiroaka and then took them off and put them in the house for more Ghetto decorations...

 

Yeah I was going to run lights from my roof racks to my bed and then realized the colors would be illegal.

 

But isn't it easy enough to just pull them out for safety?

 

Just gotta find some old dude doing safety inspections that's not too critical... Nate Meister has HID's and had no prob with inspection...
