Travis bashed his driveshaft good and needs to get it retubed.
I'll answer for him as he's probably in the garage bashing knuckles now.

No personal experience but I've heard some have had to grind axle welds smooth to get the clamps around it.

ok, easiest way is to removed the rear flange bolts first. remember washers go on the bolt side.....

hit shaft swiftly with rubber mallet. let shaft sit. then take 4 nuts and washers off tcase. then remove carrier bolts. swiftly hit tcase section of shaft. remove shaft. bring it to rocky mountain driveline and tell them Jace from Stevinson sent u. ask for Nick

Honestly I got it threaded and then just used an impact on it and it tightened down.

 

I love Rocky Mountain Driveline. Quality work done there for sure.

46" Sony Bravia Z series. To your point it isn't LED and cost me more to run but its a damn bad ass TV and only 1" smaller then your LG.
