    Several years of poor drafting and development is not an easy thing to recover from. It implies your scouting blows goats, which not only makes your drafting poor, but also your competence when attempting to pluck jewels from the rough. Years of it implies deep deficiencies must exist(i.e. depth) In addition thinking that throwing incredible talent straight into the fire is good franchise management practice shows that the problem runs straight to the top.

    Yes the thing requires major changes, but it should definitely be done mindfully. There needs to be the right group at the top to straighten out the vision of the franchise. The model they have been employing has proven moronic
