    Oh ok well that's not bad. I was wondering more if it was up front cost but yeah that's cool then
    Hmmmmm, not really sure. They told us usually 12 - 14 weeks and this is week 6 so sometime in February. It's gonna be bad timing no matter what cause of the meet but hopefully it always works out

    Paint the whole slider but the ends of the legs. You don't wanna have to paint the whole things while laying on your back on the cold concrete

    ok. so it looks like it came in 3 "parts": the slider itself, 4 (per side) roughly 6 inch legs, then the square caps. so should I leave an unpainted area on the slider itself along with the square plate where it attaches for the weld or is it ok to weld over paint??? I havent vetted this question through the weld forum so sorry if its dumb. I personally wanted to paint them completely so when it was on the truck it was good to go and no painting on the cold concrete/taping the bottom of the truck for over spray
