    Heated fucking mirrors
A frame that will last longer than 9 years

Fair enough, I get that. Just I had this option and only time I ever used it was backing up and speaking to a spotter while hooking up a trailer / boat that was only real use for most part. Each to own this one would not be a stickler for me. I do agree with the simple "usefull" things however being spoken of like heated mirrors. Here that is really a must come winter, and yes an outdoor temp would be nice as it changes drastically here and is nice to know indeed.

Probably have the only 2nd Gen with an 8274 in the world.
I want a throwout bearing that wont squeak, a lower first and reverse gear in the manual, v8 would be cool, and a frickin truck bed made of STEEL.

Actually, just make it like the 2004.

Sitting at gmc right now looking at a canyon--motortrends winner for 2015 mid-size trucks. It has everything I expected from my 2014 Tacoma when I traded up from my 2009 model. Tacoma, you really let me down, and you let chevy and gmc pass you by. GM! Who took money from Obama... I'm so disappointed. But here I am looking at a gmc canyon, which is everything my tacoma upgrade was supposed to be. Instead of just new headlights and grill, it has heated seats, lane assist, bigger and better stereo and navigation, more leg room, an awesome modular storage system for the truck bed, hid lights, leds inside and out, more torque... I need a moment of silence to grieve.

didn't you know your tacoma didn't have that stuff in it when you bought it? i like my truck because it doesn't have all that extra electronic junk, which will inevitably eventually break.

Oh well you should buy the GMC Canyon and quit your belly aching! If you want heated seats buy katzkin seats with that option! Want more leg room get a tundra or the canyon. Complaining won't solve anything on your truck only upgrading or getting rid of it will.

you do realize there is a HD weather icon on the entune systems (even the base entune) that is tied to HD radio stations and its free.

and pretty much this idea of a temp guage is gotten out of hand.

most people can tell the difference in temp between freezing, cold, warm, hot.

like I really need to know the temp went up 1-2 degrees or down 5-10.

all I know once it gets past 90F its hot and any temp rise after that is just more miserable.

same goes for cold. if its below 20F it doesn't matter if it drops another 5-10F its still freaking cold (or if your in my neck of the woods, -10F and dropping down to -20F, its still freaking well diggers a$$ cold).

    :)
