That's what the metal is, but after adding the gasket material, and subtracting the plastic rail, I'm thinking if it would require drilling new holes in my toolbox.

I have it attached to the quick attach rails.

Mr rails are probably 1/4" lower than the factory rails.

Let me know when have 6' version ready, priced.
Since shipping to Maui, may as well get tailgate, too.
Can't wait to have metal surround. Looks great from the sides.

It definitely won't be ready by then, but I'll do something for the long bed guys when it does become available.

I meant to ask you, do you ship the rails with directions? I know it seems pretty straight forward for install, just curious. From what I could tell there is a plastic clip on either end of the stock plastic rail. I won't be getting around to installing mine until next weekend.

No, seriously. Any chance I can pre-pay for a LB?
So that I don't have to keep checking in to see when it's ready (I get on TW less and less often lately).

Any discounts for those of us who have already bought one of your products? Like maybe free shipping?
Any reduction in price if we provide our own weatherstrip?

Do you have plans for offering this in 1/4" aluminum? Cuz THAT would be the best of all possible worlds. I wouldn't mind paying ahead for that, if it meant pushing product development along!

Subbed for LB caps and a tailgate cap when both are available. I was about to pull the trigger on the other ones, but I like yours better.

My only request is to have a hole delete option and to get the side rails un-coated. I plan to hard mount my Softopper rails directly to the caps with screws or rivets from underneath and I don't want the holes in the way. :D

Now that I'm looking a bit closer, it may not be a problem. Any chance you could hold up a tape measure to show the distance of the holes from the inside edge of the rail? The Softopper rails may just fit with no issue and those holes would be a perfect place to mount a rack over top of the Softopper. I'm thinking of creating something like the Can-back is/was.

Who here is up for a consolidated shipment to SoCal of the pending LB caps? Gathering interest for possible reduced shipping costs.
