    That's an interesting test... I go to school less than an hour from that shop/lab.

    Couple other things... This thread makes me miss modding my truck haha. Haven't looked on TW on these threads since last summer - school has been so crazily insane. I miss off road and exploring!

    Neat pics throughout! Just now read Monte's SOS trip report last night - FANTASTIC pics all! I find it hilarious, Monte, that you lost both LBJs in such a short time :( Is it possible that the one side breaking first put strain on the other, and contributed to it failing sooner? Sucks - at least you have some awesome stories to tell and some serious bragging rights!

    Do any of you guys know how hard it is to replace an ABS actuator and can it be done at home?

    What happened is my rear wheel sensor wiring harness broke then shorted it out so it needs replacing.

    Correct no more ABS for me right now. Which isn't bad but growing up not on ice I would prefer to have it

    My experience with abs sensors isn't good..but also very little. Should just screw in and out. If it's snapped...screwed.

    I had the sensor and harness replaced when it was at the dealer today getting a new water pump that was covered under warranty. They then called and said that all sensors were working and sending info to actuator/computer but the ABS actuator/computer was toast
