anyone know where it will be snowing close to the PHX area? Flag calls for snow tomorrow. Wanted to take the family, but flag is a bit of a stretch to make it a day trip.
Payson calls for just snow.

 

If the snow goes low enough you can actually head to 7 springs and mummy mountain I believe its called. Its the one that has the radar tower on it. You could also hit CK cause they are pretty high up.

Worked for a company that had between 15 and 20 trucks. The guy who took care of them had to go out of work for surgery. He was out for 3 months. I took the job over for him. It was a pain in the ass parking them every night. It was the middle of the summer too. It's a pita sometimes.

 

OK, I'll expand on that.

First examples...POS stripped down base model hand me down 2wd reg cab Ford F150s that had been abused worse than a red headed step child by the hourly plant guys in a rock quarry turns into "here you go Ryan, you can have this as your take home truck that is also your office 12 hours by 6 days a week". Oh, and you'll be taxed on commute and personal miles. Not to mention breaking down and limping home on several occasions. So I ended up having a personal vehicle anyway.

Current company. Unless your sucking somebody off, you get a 250k mile POS Chevy in bright red with company logos and numbers all over. Still taxed on commute miles, and corporate watching fuel usage and weekend usage to cutdown on personal use. I'm now 2 for 3 on vehicles I'm delivering to somebody as their "new" vehicle breaking down before even making it there.

I would welcome an allowance towards something that is useful. Instead of stuck in something that is uncomfortable and crowded for the amount of time spent in them and only adds to the stress with unreliability and headaches/gossip over annoyances and who is getting what.

 

I could see how that would put a bad taste in your mouth about company vehicles.

 

Does anybody have a stock leaf pack they don't need that's not sagged out?

I do but they are in between, just fine stock, but if you have a leveling kit, then the rear sags . . .

 

You might check with JeepAndrew. He has a few sets of them. He has been collecting leaf packs for a project he is working on. My guess is he might even swap you leaf packs. The ones that were on my truck before I swapped him back in August had a bunch of arch still left in them.

 

Is it a regular or tsb pack?
