Took a girl on a date over the weekend... one of the questions she asked was
    "Whats your favorite Olympic lift?"
I should have gotten on one knee right then and there!

Yeah I am contacting her today to get some more ordered for myself. She mentioned she might be leaving the company soon. I really like the post workout.

Noooooo. That fruit punch post workout is horrible, but the fruit punch pre-workout is amazing. It gets me in the freaking zone with no beta-alinine tingle

Regular or Rage..I take GNC Total Lean burn as a pre-workout and wondering if maybe I should change it up to try and get a little more out of it.

When I have the option to get regular or rage, I always get rage!!! I change pre-workouts every time I run out. I also take a 2-3 week break before starting the new one. MP Assault, TSN Pump Igniter, and now Myogenix Hypershock Rage are my regular ones. I really wanna try the new ON Gold Standard Pre

They're all mild pre's. Some of the guys in here can tell you all about the extreme ones that'll make you have tunnel vision and all that shit lol. Enter, Eric...

I'll give it a try when I choke down all the fruit punch. I'm too frugal to throw it out lol

Mild is all I need, I just don't want to run out of gas since I do both cardio and lift.

Can staying on the same thing really make your body get used to it..the Lean Burn isn't something you have to go off of per se that I know of.

I think, with anything with caffeine, you build a tolerance. If you really only wanna use lean burn, I'd just cycle it. Do a tub of it and take 2-4 weeks off to get your tolerance back down. Some people don't do this and they just end up taking 2-3 scoops to get more of a kick, but I'd rather just take time off and keep my tolerance low so I can stretch my dollars and not end up buying 4 tubs a month lol

But, like you, I only like mild ones. I need something stronger than coffee, but weaker than cocaine lol. I like just enough kick to get me through the workout pumped. I don't need to see the paint melting off the walls

I was drinking 2 or more 2 liter bottles of Mountain Dew a day for many years, so caffeine is a close buddy of mine haha

haha my only sources are my morning coffee and my pre-workout. I used to drink a Coke everyday at lunch, but I swapped it for Sprite, which is caffeine free; my tolerance went down just from that swap. I can go a few weeks without my pre-workout, but there's no way I can go without my Duncan Donuts coffee every morning. When I used to workout in the mornings, coffee was my pre-workout!

No more caffeine, I will have a couple of sodas at my dart matches but nothing more. Mainly I can't take the sugar and don't care for diet soda.

Yeah, I definitely ride the sugar train haha. I don't like sweets at all, but my bananas, strawberries, and Sprite are loaded with it

if yall are trying to get a sick ass PWO try mr. hyde. That shit is closest to the original jack3d there is. I picked up a tub of it 2 weeks ago and 1 scoop of that stuff makes me workout for like an hour nonstop with barely any time between sets because I cant sit still lol. Best thing about it is I dont think it compromises, and I haven't built a tolerance to it yet which I normally do to PWOs quick. Original jack3d gave me tons of energy but not a huge pump. This hyde stuff has me focused as hell and a ridiculous pump. I wouldn't recommend for the crossfitters because cardio.

fuck... talk about rambling. I feel like im on adderall
