Toytec drivers side spacers, Toytec diff drop kit. All Pro u-bolt flip kit, TJM Compressor (permanently mounted), Custom rack for the RTT over the bed, Tepui Kukenam RTT, Toyota Bed Mat, Cobra 75 WX ST CB Radio, and a lot of gear behind the seats.
At 32,000km (19,8xx miles) I had to have my TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) replaced which meant replacing the entire Throttle Body. My truck would lose all power and go into a "safe" mode and only give the motor 20% fuel (from what I was told) when I was driving. Toyota Canada had never seen or heard of this happening and they sent my throttle body to Japan for a complete inspection and tear down, again what I was told by the dealer.

Anyways that is all other than the typical wind noise which was a 2 minute dealer repair.

Not really. I moved furniture for my mom once.. If that counts? I don't know how hard the guy who owned the truck before me was on it.

Wow ya the previous owner must have hauled or that legendary east cost corrosion must have done a big number on those leafs.

    Did Toyota cover them?

~5k mikes - Screw in driver front wheel - patched.
~8k miles - Screw in passenger rear tire near side wall - replaced the tire
~10k miles - Clutch pedal bad creek/squeek - Dealer lubed it up and I haven't had a an issue since
~15k miles - Squeek on the window control panel in the driver door. I popped it out and re-seated it but it comes back occasionally.

24k on it so far and no other issues and no more punctures in the stock Dunlops (non-trd sr5 package on my truck). They handled very good in the snow last year when new. This winter they're serviceable but it's noticeably squirlier and less planted on the white stuff. I plan on replacing them next year and/or buying a set of snow tires.

Billies 5100's front set to 1.75 plus 1/4 taco lean spacer. Rears Billies plus AAL for a 2" leaf. 265/75/16 BGF's. Double din Kenwood stereo w/bluetooth and steering wheel controls and JBL speakers front & rear. Heavy duty battery. Billet grill blacked out. K&N air filter and MBRP cat-back. Just tuned it up new plugs and new front brake pads. Steel powered coated tailgate cap. Billet Grill painted black & factory roof racks. Oh new head lights thanks to toyota.
Not that they failed, but I replaced my front and rear shocks w/billie 5100's as an upgrade at 50,000 miles. When I removed the fronts they were done. no rebound at all. So I would say failed. And I rebuilt my rear leaf springs because they were flat 'no arch at all' again fail for suspension.

Front headlights had to be replaced under warranty on my 2012 DCSB due to hazing on the inside of the plastic. That was at 38k miles.

They wouldn't at the time, I bought a lift instead of replacing the springs! But I recently heard that Toyota is covering them, I might see if I can pull a couple legs and trade my old springs for some new ones. Dad used to work for Toyota (as a Lexus tech), so I might be able to avoid going through the hassle of putting them back on the truck! hahah
