Pretty sure those are a retrofit headlight. theretrofitsource.com

And OP, I think I like the white LEDs in the lower bumper, but I'm not sure.

Are those LED bars you have in your original turn signal housings there?

They are spyder 1 piece headlights I got on eBay with mini H1 projectors. I love the housings. But they are somewhat cheap quality. Had problems with them. Sealing for one sucks. And two, a little bit difficult doing a retro. Three they only adjust up and down. Four, my passenger side is kinda broke atm. The reflector inside kinda popped off one of the knobs that it is mounted to in the inside of housing so it is kinda just resting in there and shakes on bumps. I was still able to adjust it but it's pretty crooked. I think I may have just baked it a tad too long, or one too many times when I had to replace the led halos. I think it's just cheaper innards and that they are more sensitive/susceptible to the heat process possibly warping something. Or maybe it's just due to the fact they have been subjected to nasty dirt road vibrations every day. Except my driver side is still fine. Idk I'll find out when I redo my new set*whenever I get around to it and tear these apart to take a look.
But anyways, I still love them and am sticking with them. Hopefully I'll have better luck this time. If you go on eBay just search for something like 01-04 Tacoma 1 piece headlights led dtrl. You should find em. They sell em at some us online retailers, but for much more, and I think they are exactly the same anyways as the other ones. Mine came from cali on eBay.

Yup:) Love those guys at Trs.
Yeah still there. That was I was thinking, that they kinda accent the led bars being white. But Idk, I am liking the orange look a lot:) Another thing too is the white ones will be the bigger led bolts, I think the 16mm ones versus the Orange 12mm ones. So the whites would be bigger and much brighter for daytime use.

Yeah, idk I'd put white on one side and orange on the other then look at only one side then the other to decide.

I'm wanting to do a retrofit soon with some mini d2s, shrouds, 35w 5000k, and some halos and maybe some other custom lighting in it if I can think up some ideas.

Nice. Good luck on the retro. However I would do some research into the halos and see if anyone has had any issues with them going out if placed on the inside of the shroud. Mine kept burning up. They might've fixed it with newer generations, but yeah I had to split my housing a couple more times to replace. 3rd time the inner shroud ones went out I gave up and left them disabled. Not sure if I want to put them on the inside again with my new set. The outside amber ones are still going strong, after one failure of the voltage regulators that is. Idk but was a pain I'll tell u that...

Harlan have you had anybody ask you to make these for them? I would be more then willing to build a couple set of these for other members if they are willing to pay for it

Nuh uh. These are fairly easy to do though. Basically all you need is a drill.
Like I said, I want to try and make some with cut out designs with a back glow effect. Those I might make and sell a few. But just not sure if I have the tools to make nice cuts in the metal.*Or how I would make it look clean. Like cut out some 'slots' in it, or a logo, put some kind of tinted lexan sheet in there, with some leds behind that to illuminate through it.. Idk.

But yeah, I don't mind at all if you wanna ask and make some for people. So if anyone is interested, let's get a feeler started to see if anyone would be. Then if you decide to make some, you can make your own thread or just take pm's in here. Doesn't matter.. That way you don't waste your time in case not enough people want them. Not gonna be a dick about 'taking over' this thread;) Not much more I can add to it anyways.

Yeah I agree they would be easy to do an I like your idea for cutting a design in! Some people just don't have the time/tools to do it, or just have $ to not do it :) I could always use money to feed my other hobbies too :spy:

Finally ordered up some mesh grille from customcargrilles and got the leds in the lower valance and disabled the center white ones I had in there. Looks a lot better I think. Still on the fence. I'm gettin somewhere though! The amber color turned out to be more, idk, not really orange or yellow. It's a weird off color. Like gold, or peach, or SOMETHIN, idk lol. It's not that bad. I really wanted it to match all my other amber lights. And you can't tell in the pictures I took at all. I tried everything. It looks fine in the pictures, but in person it doesn't. I'm pretty sure they are the same color as my turn signal ones. Maybe not. It's hard to tell. Especially since the blinkers flash, but having these constant on, you can really tell the color is off... Idk... I may try putting in some white ones, cuz I know those will at least be bright pure white. Or maybe I'll go ahead and order some amber leds from superbrightleds.com (4 for $20) and compare them. Because it's annoying me. But the wiring was a bitch, not to mention the mesh grilles, so I'm done messing with it for a while. I'll roll around like this for a while.

I'm also modifying a picture with different light variations and will create a poll thread for opinions on what look to go with.
Once I get some daytime shots tomorrow that is.
So far I'm liking this look.vvv

Daytime shots. Still gotta remove the centered dual white leds in bumper. I thread locked them in so should be fun trying to get them out. Plus gonna disable the white leds under the headlights. I think this new look is pretty sick so far:D

I like all the amber :D

Silly me, I thought the stuff I was doing was a little radical, but after seeing your lights I see that what I'm doing is actually a little conservative in comparison:rolleyes:

I think when Halloween comes back around, the OP needs to attach some big black hairy spider legs to the roof, turn all his lights on and go around scaring people. At night it'll look like a 15 foot long tarantula.

dude, your truck looks freaking sweet, the LED accents are nicely done. Wish I had the time/patience to do all that. I thought about slapping a halo looking LED thing around both of my aux lights but haven't looked into it much.

Does your truck have a body lift to fit those 33x12.50s or just a straight 3 inch setup?

    Thanks man!
I'm not 100% sure on the lift height. But it's a spacer in front, blocks rear. No body lift. It was there when I bought it. But yeah either 2.5/3". Still have a tiny bit of rubbing on some slants when backing up, and if turning sharp and I hit a good bump going slow. Even after bashing the pinch weld in. I think it's just on the lowest fender flare bolt that sticks out. Gonna try some fender washer bolts I think. But a new (proper) lift is in its near future. Gonna get the toytec coilover kit. Shackles for back with bilsteins. Then eventually new leafs. Can't wait for that. Gonna be such a better ride I think. At least I hope, not sure about the gas shocks and being compressed to get my lift back up to where it is now. Still have to do a little more homework..

So I ordered up a single yellow/amber 12mm bolt led from superbrightleds.com. Decided to do a comparison of the four different types I now have. The only reason there's a white one in there is because I was debating on using it in place of the new yellow ones I just put in mesh in the lower valance. Still on the fence about which ones to use. The superbrightled bolt IS ACTUALLY amber in color. Not a goldish/yellow color like the other ones I currently have in there. BUT, they arent as intense. And it's overcast today so I didn't get a chance to test them outside in direct sunlight. But I'm pretty sure they are gonna be barely noticeable unlike the other gold/yellow ones with the coating inside. However they will look better as turn signals at night, or as running lights. I was just looking for something better quality (which the Superbrightled ones definitely are than all others) but also highly visible during daytime. Using these other ones without a coating, in direct sunlight, won't be hardly visible at all to traffic.

EDIT: Also the new superbrightled bolt looks much nicer than the others. Very nice quality. Lowest profile of them all. Although it has a cone shaped lens versus the round lens like the others. But it appears to have only a very slightly less spread than the other 12mm one with he rounded lens. It may be more intense looking at it head on. Hard to tell. If it had a coated reflector inside, I'd definitely be switching to these. But will not because of that and the price of $5 a piece.

***I also noticed afterwards, that I flipped the led's upside down when lighting them up, at 8th pic.***
So here's a ton of pics for ya...

From left to right in first pic:
    1. ebay- my current gold/yellow [9watt] w/coating (12mm)
    2. Superbrightled- amber (listed as yellow on site) [3watt(?)] w/o coating (12mm)
    3. ebay- Cool White [9watt] w/coating (18mm)
    4. ebay- amber (the fairly dim [3watt] ones) w/o coating (18mm)
