Hey if you don't mind explaining what you mean, that would be great. Always need some feedback on what can be changed for the better

I just like the look of the braided loom. I'm trying to fit it over the led strips so the short wires that connect the LEDs will be cover with braided. I already got the runs to the fuse box for the bed lights covered in 1/8th braided loom. I'll probably need at least 1/2 inch loom to slide over the led strips to the short wires

If it helps any if you cut the loom a little longer then the wires it'll sit snug. I'll get pictures of mine. I do know that the 12" of wire that separate each strip is a little much so future kits will be separated with a shorter length

That's not a bad idea... I think I may cut the wires in between and wire in connectors instead of trying to order new loom. That will save time and money. I've got a good pair of crimpers now so I may as well use them

With the braided, it makes the whole assembly more pliable.

Anyone interested in having me sell the pre terminated 8 back switch harnesses?

I could use the same color matched wire for the triggers. Even offer pre daisy chained negatives, positives, illumination on the backs.

they are the harness backs for the Carlin Switches. Like out Toyotas have the stock switches, then the harness for them to connect to.

Instead of using individual spade clips on the back of the switches, or soldering them on, OTRATTW's sells the backs. And the 630 spade clips separate to make the harnesses. I could make them - assembled, using the same color coded wire that i already offer, just making it even MORE easy for the end user installing the boxes.

These. I could make these and sell them. Minimizing the extra work on your end as the end user/

Probably $5 for them fully terminated and jumpered, including my labor and a couple inch leads.

No secret here based on his listed price points. My cost Would be in the range of 2-2.6 in components from him. Wire, labor, convenience factor...

We don't sell the wiring harnesses yet. I have the equipment but it won't be setup until we complete the move into the new warehouse.

We could make a deal. I can place a bulk order with you and sell until you make the move. It's your product, just trying to make it easier for the masses that are unable to make or do not want to make the investment in quality tools.

Get in touch, we can get the ball rolling. Whats your eta on the new place?
