Hey, at least you have a remote start. It wasn't fun the other night when I left my friends house and it was -6 outside walking through a foot of snow to get to my cold truck.

I had a Viper installed in my FJ80 by best buy off Mississippi (Aurora) and it worked great... they even told me they'd install it in a manual, which last I'd checked was unheard of for a shop to do officially because of liability issues...

Check local laws too. Down here in the metro area you can get a ticket for warming up your car via a remote start system. Even if the system keeps the doors locked. I don't agree with such a law but nevertheless it is law.

 

If nothing else, they finally got the fenders the right shape.

 

Thats the 1 law I feel like breaking every morning....

 

We won't know until I beleive the 12th as to what the Tacoma will look like completely.

I don't think that's a law I have to worry about in fraser. People leave their cars on to go in the grocery store.

 

I live in a super quiet, nice neighborhood and there was a cop that used to park a half block away to look for puffers so that he could write tickets. Too bad for him I always spotted him and just didn't start my truck early those days.

 

To my knowledge if you're in your drive way it's not a public road way and cannot be ticketed for it. Parked in the street is another story. Prolly need the 5 ohhhh to chime in on it though.

 

Dude, if they can kill the cookie monster, I'm sure they can charge you for creating global war...... er climate cha...... er whatever they want really.
