I have a kobalt box, or that same "better built" brand. It's okay. The metal is thin, the locks are junk, but I don't keep anything really valuable in it so meh. For $150 it's a really good deal. I bedlined mine but you can buy it in black if you want

 

i was just saying watch the video for how it secured. no drilling, i would like a black one and have you seen the ones one that dont go up on the side rails.. i guess low profile or something

 

Yeah, mine's a low profile box. Like I said, it's okay. But if you want to store A LOT in it, get the bigger box. I wanted a small box because if you get too big of a box, it takes up a lot of bed space.

Also, idk what mounting system the video was talking about, but I have the universal mounting system from them. It's not really universal, as I had to really modify it for it to be able to work with the Tacoma haha

I just bought j-hooks and drilled through my liner so the hook wasn't pulling the liner.

I put foam pads between the box and the rails. Even though the bed rails are plastic lol
