I go into every situation the same way. With no expectations. Whatever happens, happens. I love them all and those were the cards I played ;)

That's good to hear. Well I'm glad I understand your setup so well now. Once my panel gets cut its getting mounted and wired in. Oh just remembered, what's your opinion on adding a circuit breaker?

I look at these n the same manner as our OEM setups.

Do our Stock fuse blocks have one? - No.

Do I feel this block should have one? - No.

Do I have one on mine? - No.

Did I originally plan on adding one? - Yep, then researched more and decided in my setup, it was unnecessary. You, might choose to put one on.

Will it hurt anything? - No. - It is just another failure point I was not willing to invest the money into.

Instead of the inline breaker, I got the INDIVIDUAL breakers instead of the fuses. That is/was my compromise and frankly I feel a better situation to be in. No more looking for fuses if I blow something off road. These auto reset . Same basic thing as the SPOD 'Self healing Harness' -> Its just a breaker in there.

If I were you -> See if you can source the same Type 1 auto resetting breakers from one of your suppliers and upgrade your box to them. I sell them, 10 for $80

If anyone has a couple links to software to make schematics, that would be useful.

I gave a couple hood light kits to people for free. I just found one kit I must have forgotten to pack for someone. If anyone is missing one, please shoot me a PM and I will put an address on this for you.

You have no idea! I figured the full functioning of this block last night and its beyond awesome. Like the op says, there are so many different ways to have it setup and how you go about doing it.

For those that do not know, there are other components that are able to be used in these. Makes the circuits infinitly expandable.

If your oem Block can do it, so can these.

Here are some of the other mini components.

Transorb, resistor and diode electrical protection devices easily install in common ATM fuse holders.
These circuit protection devices provide voltage and current limiting functionality and are designed for the on- and off-highway requirements of trucks, RVs, construction, agriculture, ATV and material handling equipment.

Transorb - Protects against voltage spikes. Clamp rating: 27Vdc. Power rating: 1500W
Resistor - Drops circuit voltage. Power rating: 5W. Resistance: 68Ω.
Diode - Prevents reverse current flow. Amp rating: 6A.

Yea no kidding. It was bad, and was using the wrong gauge wire for his lights. Lol
