I put my flush bed bars on and put the RTT on and tested to see if the softopper will fit over the RTT. Exactly what I wanted for an everyday option that doesn't stick out and keeps people looking away

Installed new shocks in the rear... FABTECH SHOCKS SUCK.

Well, I needed new shocks since the original ones I bought it with were terribly rusty. So I replaced with the same P/N. The new ones had so much paint on the threads I almost needed a die to run over the stud to get a nut on there... The bushings it came with are a bit over sized too (not that bad, but enough to take two damn hours to do a shock install, just in the rear!)...

When these go out I'm converting to eye style up top.

Ya please share your results. I'm gonna order the exact same setup for mine soon. The 887s seem to be kind of a new thing for these trucks. Thanks

That looks killer! Nice work only 3 hrs too:D. I'm either going this route or the new bilstein coilover coming out in January. I want to see how those shake out before I commit to either.

From what I've been reading it's not really to compete with those but a next step up from the 5100 possibly a future replacement of. Not enough information out there yet. Waiting to see what kind of spring options it comes with before I make my decision though.
Here the thread I've been following.

Yeah I've been reading that too, I just mean the ride on the road, I know they won't have the fancy stuff that icons and kings have but i just care about the ride quality.

Same here, I hope their prices are not anywhere near Icons or Kings prices though. It would kill my interest a little though. If I had to pay that much then mind as well buy Icons/Kings. Just my opinion.

They said a full set would be around $750, pretty sure that includes rears too.

You'll have to test them out for me and let me know!
