    He said he would even take $250. I thought about picking these up but I am just going to hold off for some beadlocks.

    He doesn't really know what make/model they are but he seems to know a lot about the company that he says makes them. The closest thing I could find for was by Ion 174 I think.

    its not really a cold air intake... but if you want a whistle and warmer air to enter your engine, ya its a good deal :rolleyes:

    Keep the stock intake... lol

    IF you want an intake i would suggest getting the first version of the TRD or the AFE intake.

    I had it for a while. It was ok but I'd rather go snorkel.

    AFe made the version 1 TRD CAI so they are identicle. For what they are, they are one of the best. TRD did a redesign of the intake after a few years and a different company makes it now.

    According to a lot of people there is a noticable difference between the two and they are still all some of the better on the market but there are maybe one or two that I can't think of that are a "true" cold air intake. One might be Volant with the hood scoop.

    An intake that is open like the one you had pictured is just suckling hot air from the engine bay.
