    Working on it.
I try to only use Beverly International UMP, its a little pricey but great stuff. For making protein pancakes, bars, and other treats I always buy ON from Costco....they have 6lb bags for around $50 i think. They also have MuscleTech and one other that I cant remember but there a little more money.

My local GNC. I just moved to a different city but it's only 7 miles south, so I guess if they keep giving me the price match plus $1 it's worth the extra drive.

Flew to my parents house for the holidays and left the airport with a sore throat and now I'm sick. Really want to hit the gym tomorrow but I feel like that will make my body work overtime and I'll just stay sick for longer. I hate getting on a great routine and jacking it up by getting sick.

It's only going to make it worse if you sit around. I've inly ever had a cold and stuffy nose and I just go to the gym and workout and go for a long hard run and work it out of me.

If you think you're contagious, I wouldn't go. Other than that, if I'm just feeling like Shit, I try to go anyway and hit it as hard as I can. It usually makes me feel better quicker.

I'm the same way. Nothing works it out like a good lifting session...now if you've got the flu or some shit, stay at home. It pisses me off when I'm at the gym and Joe Dickhead is over there hacking up a lung.

Ps - I'm so damned sore...I love it

I don't have to flu or anything contagious. Just a cold. If I don't feel like shit in the morning I may give it a go at Planet Fitness....

I did like 8 sets of squats last night and a few sets of deads. Then had some buddies call and say they were goin bowling and for me to come. So I skipped the rest of the workout. :anonymous:

Guess I'll be goin back in for legs this evening.

Any of yall ever taken a SARM? I picked up a bottle of Ostarine a few weeks ago and have had pretty good results

Everyone I've ever talked to that have tried them say they get nothing but an increase in endurance, although some folks on ph forums swear by them; I've read a lot about people saying that it's just like running test, but without the negative sides. I've also read a lot about people having really crappy night vision and warn not to drive at night...I'd just run test and stop messing around with the wannabe stuff

Interesting. I'm not taking the liquid form, just capsules. I haven't really noticed any sides, but I already have bad vision genetically. I'm up about 4 pounds in 4 weeks and don't really have any suppression. Not really any distinct strength gains, but I can basically do 10 reps on stuff I used to be able to do 8. This might just be natural progression though. Now that PH's are banned I'd say the SARM stuff might be the future of legal supps

Yeah, I've read a lot of people just getting increases in endurance and reps, but not much muscle gain from SARMs. I think them banning orals was stupid b/c now more people are just going to start doing the real stuff since they're both illegal. My way of thinking about it is, if I did orals and they're now illegal, I'm just gonna start doing straight test since it works better and is safer. I've done orals a few times and the sides are fucking terrible. I've been trying to convince the fiance to let me run a test cycle for years :pout:
