I had 35yd line row B... they wanted 80-90k per seat license, and I had 4 seats. That is just for the license, not even 1 ticket for 1 game. My buddies paid like 8k per license for end zone seats. I'm sorry I would rather be near midfield on home side second from the rail... problem is home side they made almost all seats luxury boxes, so you would have to go to visitor side. They really fucked the longtime fans. At one point I had my own set of 4 and my customers would gift me theirs almost every game. I used to pay 3k per year, then it went up to 5k, and I spent about 10k for the Harbowl trip in Nawlins. But this was straight up extortion.

I did get to go to Maxim Party, Leather and Lace, and other VIP parties with Miss America/Miss USA that were 1k a head for free, and we had a house in french quarter for a week, with a pool, 3 blocks off Bourbon, and I got interviewed for the news the night before super bowl, so that was cool. And pics with the 81 lombardi and all rings. And ohhhhhh the strippers. I always have fun.

Yes, those are saints beads that a saints fan said they were rooting for the 9ers, probably was a voodoo curse

But yea, can't justify spending more on seat licenses than I owe on my house. So we make trips out of away games now.

I need some help from some Seahawks fans. Something made me remember some small posters I had growing up but I cannot recall where they came from. They were relatively small, around the size of a large cereal box and each had a photo with a brief caption of some game action from a recent season. This had to be from the mid to late 80's. I think one had Dave Krieg throwing a pass and another had a shot from a Thanksgiving Day win over the Cowboys. It had to be a series from a local promotional sponsor. Does anybody know what I am talking about, where they came from or anything? It is one of those things that will bug me until I figure it out. Google has not helped.

That is absolutely fucking crazy..I guess if someone will pay it though, but it doesn't mean that isn't absurd. I don't even spend money for Patriots tix between the cost in general plus being such a long ass day..

Even much as I despise Seyton Manning, he's a great athlete no doubt. I can do without some of his other crap though..

Similarly I will say Brady is one of the greats today..what will he end up as, who knows for sure till he retires and the dust settles. That doesn't mean I've enshrined him as the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be despite being a MA resident.

The Seahawks owner doesn't buy up thousands of "corporate" tickets every week to fake sellout streaks.

I wonder why the current stadium has been sold out every game since it opened in 2004 then?

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Rex Grossman turns down chance to play for the Browns.

They'll be starting Connor Shaw instead. Undrafted free agent rookie. This'll be an interesting game to watch....
