Mine was a 4x4, I don't miss it cause I only used it a couple times in 7 yrs.
I traded it in cause the gas mileage sucked, the on board computer said I was getting 14 on the hwy.
No issues, it was a good truck. It didn't have a 4x4 switch it had the stick on the floor.
    Here's a pic of her

Beautiful Dodges & sweet looking Tundra! I like that body style Tundra better than the one after. Not too sure how I feel about the new ones yet.

Interesting info about the Alcans. Spruce, the All-Pro Expos do that? I'm at 26" hub to fender on the rear & 25"'s up front.

My plan is to go up 1" on the rear springs and set my 5100's from .85 to 1.75 so I'm looking to get Spruces height (approxamitely).

I only actually used 4wd twice, and both were due to the weight of the 6.7 cummins. I wish mine was 4x4 now but couldn't see spending the extra coin on something I knew I would not use. I will more than likely put a winch bumper on the prerunner and get myself out of more jams than 4x4 would.

No, I still need the ds spacer. Ricks2013 said he only needed a .75" & has about 5.5" of lift. I have the same amount of lift but needed a 1.5" spacer. Same amount of lift but 2 different lifts, I'm wondering if the expos push the axle back a little bit.

Thanks MaxtracBob!!!! I got my T-shit package today. So AWESOME!!!!

After I put in my custom leaf (which raised about 1") It pulled my yoke out about 1/4". So when it was all said and done I could have put in a 1" spacer to be flush. I didnt bother getting one that 1/4" thicker because it made no difference in the ride. no vibs or anything.

Odd. In my case, with 4"'s of lift, the Drive shaft actually sits in a bit more than flush. Rick, sorry if you told me this already but what leaf pack do you have?

I know that nam has the All Pro Standards,
BORNWILD & Spruce has the All Pro Expos (which I am leaning towards),
    What are you running?

It sits in with your ds spacer installed, correct?
It was pulled out before the spacer I'm sure.

I have the factory tsb leaf pack with 2"tapered blocks, an aal (supposed to be 1.5" but more like 2"), and a leaf I cut from an old dodge(raised it 1"). I'll probably get some Alcans sometime next year.

    Yes. Correct.

Expos (4"'s of lift) and no Driveshaft spacer?

OK. So, I'm really leaning towards

    All Pro Expos,
    U-bolt Flip Kit (maybe)
    Toytec 3 degree axle shim,

I have Timbrens already installed. I plan to flip them so that they are bolted/welded on to the frame instead of to the leaf pack. This way nothing builds up inside.

I have Bilstein F4-BE5-B110-T5 rear shocks so I won't need new ones.

But, I may add my OEM overload leaf also. Between the Overload Leaf & the ToyTec 3 degree axle shim that will add just under 5"'s of total lift, which is what I am after. This will allow me to set my 5100's from .85 to 1.75 & still have 1" of rake as I have now.

I have new Leaf Spring bolts with washers that are made to elingate the bolt head. This is for axle shims that you can slip on without having to take the leaf pack apart. Does anyone here know who sells them?

I have 3 degree shims but they are the ones that bolt to the leaf pack.

    Thanks.

    I have a few mods
it happens to most people, mine are pretty much 99% gone, they are still there and just need to get a driveshaft spacer and I should be good. but the major part that caused my vibs were my blown factory ujoints. I also have 3* shims and OME CB drop. Like I said man, it happens...that's the world of modification lol, something will always be affected by something you change

I have the spindles + Billies set at 1.75 + 1/4" top plate spacers (.5") & expos + 1.5" blocks in the rear. With the Beefed Tacos CB drop & DS spacer I only have a slight vib at take off, any other time it's smooth. I was thinking 3° shims might take care of that vaise my DS & pinion aren't perfectly in line but it's not bad so I haven't worried about it.
I think the DS spacer will help. I'm like you mine are 99% gone but I don't have the shims.
