hey so can any of you guys recommend a good exhaust? i want something with a little more sound but ZERO drone on the highway. Ive listened to about 1000 youtube vids but not many people have cruising vids.

if anyone is local to columbia i would love to go for a ride to see what it actually sounds like.

I have no drone with my AFE Mach Force 2.5" stainless cat back.....it was $287 shipped from autoanything.com

Its just a little bit louder than the TRD with a similar tone to the TRD

I have youtube videos as well....and i can make one if you tell me what circumstances you're worries about hearing drone in.

In my opinion, its only loud if you've got your foot in it. It idles louder than stock but its nothing outrageous. Any drone that may exist, i don't hear because my radio is always on

And i'm not saying that is what you have to buy, i only have experience with the stock exhaust, the TRD, and my AFE.

I feel special because I know. :anonymous: haha

I wanna say Tico has some sort of aftermarket exhaust, but don't quote me on that. He's in your area.. Where in Columbia are you located? I have a few work sites out that way.

EDIT: When the hell did I break 1,000 posts? :notsure: lol

I watched you break 1k :spy:

Check Tico's build page, i'm not sure if he has a nonstock exhaust or not

You are one of the special few. And you know that the world doesn't need to know, and for that....i appreciate you :D

    Merry Christmas!!!

I wanna say he does, but I may just be thinking about Joes TRD exhaust. I know Steve isn't stock but he's up in Bel Air. And he's straight piped with a glass pack haha I'm sure that's got a decent amount of drone to it.

Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you all have a great day! :D

    Merry Christmas everyone!

I do have the TRD exhaust I like it not too loud but gives a good tone. However I may take it off the truck which then it will be up for grabs I wanna cut my exhaust off right at the axle but can't bring myself to cut this exhaust so I may put the stock one in an cut it

I did :) works like a champ. 36 gallons on board at full capacity, between the two tanks. once the stock tank gets down to about 1/4 tank, just flip the switch, and 15 minutes later, you have a full tank of fuel again.

    YES!!! :bananadance:

It's not for "bug out" it's for road trip distance per tank extension.
