So much  There is no way you can cram a 6" spacer on top of your coilover. Nor is there any way you can put a 3" taller coilover with a 3" spacer on top of that. Impossible.

The only logical explanation for what he has based of photos is:
    Front:
    6" Drop Bracket
    3" Coilover Spacer

    Rear:
    6" Block/spacer
    AAL, probabaly a 2"

That = 9" up front and 8" out back.

Cool truck op. Don't worry about the assholes if it had a solid axle and 37 but was welded by a blind monkey everybody would have a boner over it instead of giving you shit.

Either way I think it's looks badass.

Pointing out that a ridiculous 9" lift is causing some obvious problems with CV's, UCA's, roll stability and who knows what else does not make someone an asshole. The OP says he doesn't even go off-roading, which is a real shame after putting so much money into his truck, but maybe if he wasn't trying so hard to impress bro-dozer-driving Monster Energy Drink customers he might have built a truck that he would actually use off-road.

I just think 9" is a tad to much. If I didn't want to wheel I would have a 6" Fabtech. But I do so ill live with the 3''.

Not trying to hate but I agree that it looks kinda dangerous that your coils look severely strained.

If he doesn't wanna offroad who cares, he built it for what he wanted it for. There are plenty of guys and gals that buy tacomas, 4runners, fj cruisers, etc. that never even engage the 4x4 or don't even know what it is. Hence why we have the soccor mom truck lines nowadays and all the fancy electronic bullshit. Half the people can't even figure out how to engage 4x4 with a button, let alone a lever. Maybe you can team up with your marketing pals at Toyota and come up with a bro-line and an offroad line of tacomas so everyone is happy.

Sorry is this sarcasm? I was trying to show the difference in angle of the cvs. And it's how I bought the truck I haven't had time to make it my own yet. Plus it's stock gearing right now. Would you rather me have these stock wheels with small tire or wide "hawaiian style" wheels and small tire?

Love the truck and concept man!! Some future mods to get everything on point and it'll be a beast to have!

Also, sometimes you gotta take what people have to say for a grain of salt, plenty of knowledge and help here! Good luck with the rest of the build, merry xmas, and welcome to TW!
